What exactly does the hockey machine do?
When the hockey game begins, all nine lighted panels are turned on. You are given a hockey stick and 15 hockey pucks. The objective is to shoot out all nine lighted panels in the shortest possible time. A timer located on the middle panel tells you how much time has elapsed.

Other games (including Tic-Tac-Toe) are on the hockey machine, but the original game mentioned is the most popular game.

How do I rent an interactive hockey machine net?
Just fill out the following form: Quote Form. That's all it takes to rent out the hockey machine. We deliver to anywhere in North America.
Delivery is FREE within a 75 km drive of Toronto City Hall. Outside of this area, a nominal delivery charge applies.

Where can I find support for the hockey machine if something goes wrong?
In the unlikely event that the hockey machine malfunctions on its' own, every effort will be made to fix the hockey machine as quickly as possible. We do regular maintenance on our hockey machine before every rental to help ensure that you will have a worry free rental.
If you elect to manage the hockey machine yourself (which we recommend), we will have a representative on site within one hour (barring any hazardous traffic conditions) of your call to our cellular support line for local events. For more serious problems (e.g. computer board to be replaced), we can use our hockey machine backup when available. Based on our years of experience, we've pretty much seen it all, and have replacement parts available.
Every effort will be made to ensure the quickest possible downtime. The key to our success is your success.

When is the best time to make a booking?
Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Once the 50% deposit is received, this guarantees your booking time of the hockey machine.

What are the size/power requirements of the hockey machine?
The hockey machine fits into a standard regulation size hockey net. There are three options for the surrounding enclosure:
- 10 feet wide by 9 feet long by 8 feet high clear vinyl wall enclosure. This option is recommended for indoor events where space may be limited.
- indoor inflatable that is a 10 feet wide by 20 feet long by 8.5-foot high inflatable enclosure. This option is recommended for indoor events where floor space is not a major concern. Although you can use this inflatable outdoors, it cannot be used in medium to high wind conditions.
- a new outdoor inflatable that is 10 feet wide by 20 feet length by 8.5 feet high. This inflatable was exclusively custom made for our group, incorporating many features necessary for outdoor use.
If you need a custom configuration, let us know. We will find a solution that is right for you.
The power requirements for off-ice use are two standard 3-prong power outlets: one for the hockey machine, and one for the inflatable fan. The hockey machine uses 15 amps, while the inflatable uses 11 amps.
The hockey machine can be used on the ice with our battery pack which is included in the price of the rental. It is your responsibility to ensure that the battery is recharged for multiple day, on-ice rentals.

What else is included in the rental?
We also include hockey sticks with the rental as well as orange soft plastic hockey pucks. The sticks vary in size from very small for the kids all the way to adult sizes. We carry both left and right handed sticks. The sticks are from various manufacturers.
If you are using the hockey machine to improve your shooting skills on an individual basis, then we strongly recommend that you use your own stick.
If you require anything else with your rental that we have failed to mention, please let us know. For example, we can provide prizes at a reasonable cost.
